CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />MAY 17, 2022 <br />CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Cadenhead called the meeting to order at 7. 00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Charles Cadenhead and Councilmembers Katrina Beckstrom, Dale Dorschner, <br />Jeff Holtz and Lisa McGinn. <br />Staff present: Administrator Handt, City Attorney Sonsalla, City Engineer Griffin, City Planner <br />Hetzel, Fire Chief Kalis, Finance Director Magureanu and City Clerk Johnson <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />AGENDA AS PRESENTED. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />ACCEPT MINUTES <br />Councilmember McGinn, seconded by Councilmember Dorschner, moved TO ACCEPT THE <br />MINUTES OF THE MAY 3, 2022 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AS PRESENTED. Motion <br />passed 5 — 0. <br />Cassandra Knudson, 696 James Ave. N., commented on her neighbor's goats and asked the City <br />to find a solution for the goats to stay in spite of the code violations that exist on the property. <br />Kristin Shanley, 526 6th St. N., also spoke in favor of Gove's Goats and asked the City to allow <br />the goats to remain on the property. <br />Nikki Hollerith, 706 James Ave. N., stated she lives behind the goats and asked the city to find a <br />way to make it work so the goats can stay on the property. <br />PRESENTATIONS <br />None <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />2.
