CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023-017 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATED TO 2023 ASSESSMENTS TO WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, 3806 Kindred Way and 3756 Kindred Ct had assessments certified to the property taxes in 2023 for Hamlet on Sunfish Lake Streets and Watermain Extension; and <br />WHEREAS, the 3806 Kindred Way and 3756 Kindred Ct have connected to city water and sealed their wells and are now eligible for grant funding from the MPCA to have their assessments waived ; and <br />WHEREAS, said eligibility was accomplished after the November deadline to <br />remove assessments from certification for 2023; <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, that the 2023 special assessment amount of $ 2,072.93 and $1,476.83 for Hamlet on <br />Sunfish Lake Streets and Watermain Extension Assessments certified to PIDs <br />14.029.21.21.0012 and 14.029.21.21.0014 may be removed from the assessment roll due per the attached Washington County abatement forms. <br />APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 7th day of March, 2023. <br />. <br />By: __________________________ Charles Cadenhead Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________________ Julie Johnson <br />City Clerk
