The enforcement officer shall <br />recommend approval or disapproval of the application to the council. <br />HISTORY <br />Adopted by Ord. 08-253 on 11/3/2021 <br />11.04.140 License Fees <br />(a)Every applicant, before being granted a license, shall pay the annual license fee as set by the <br />council for the privilege of operating or maintaining for operation each cigarette vending <br />machine, or coin-operated machine, as defined in LEC 1.08. <br />(b)Each license shall expire on December 31 next after its issuance. <br />(c)The license may be transferred from one machine or device to another similar machine upon <br />application to the administrator. The application must give a description and the serial number of <br />the new machine or device. Not more than one machine shall be operated under one license. <br />The applicant or licensee shall be required to secure a license for each and every machine <br />displayed or operated by the applicant or licensee. <br />HISTORY <br />Adopted by Ord. 08-253 on 11/3/2021 <br />11.04.150 Revocation Of License <br />The license may be revoked by the council after written notice to the licensee. The notice shall specify <br />the ordinance or law violation with which the licensee is charged. Ten-days’ notice of the hearing shall <br />be given the licensee.
