Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />ITEM 23: 8686 Hidden Bav Ct Variances <br />City Planner Jensen presented the request for a variance to allow replacement of the existing <br />septic system on the property, noting that the variance would allow the new system to be located <br />with a reduced setback from the ordinary high water level.
