The subject property is located at north of 50th Street, east of CSAH 15 (PID <br />01.029.21.41.0001, 01.029.21.42.0003, 01.029.21.43.0001). The sketch plan depicts a <br />major subdivision which will result in a total of 50 single family residential units. <br />The proposal is characterized as a major subdivision.
