Work at Stillwater Boulevard <br />begins August 12 <br />Drivers traveling on Stillwater Blvd. at the Hwy 36 interchange <br />should expect delays over the next few weeks. Stillwater Blvd. <br />will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Curve <br />Crest Blvd. and 58th St. N. beginning Fri, Aug. 12 as crews begin <br />improving pedestrian accessibility at the intersection. <br />This work will also require some ramp closures: <br />Stillwater Blvd to eastbound Hwy 36 closed 7 a.m. Fri, Aug. 12 to 8 a.m. Sun, Aug. 14 <br />Westbound Hwy 36 to Stillwater Blvd. closed 8 p.m. Fri, Aug. 12 to 8 a.m. Sun, Aug. 14 <br />Eastbound Hwy 36 to Stillwater Blvd. closed 8 p.m. Mon, Aug. 15 to 8 a.m. Tue, Aug. 16 <br />Westbound Hwy 36 to Stillwater Blvd. closed 8 p.m. Tue, Aug. 16 to 8 a.m. Wed, Aug. 17 <br />Additionally, drivers traveling between Pine Springs and Stillwater will experience traffic delays as <br />crews shift traffic lanes to accommodate the various construction activities. These traffic shifts will <br />occur throughout the week, leaving one lane open in each direction. <br />The Hwy 36 and Manning Ave. intersection will be fully reopen to traffic by the end of this week, <br />and drivers on westbound Hwy 36 will be able to go north on Lake Elmo Ave. All other turns <br />to/from Lake Elmo Ave. at the Hwy 36 intersection will remain closed through Mon, Aug. 15. <br />Upcoming activities <br />Hwy 36 is anticipated to fully reopen to two lanes of traffic in each direction by 5 a.m. Mon, Aug.
