Lake Elmo Parks System Plan 77 / 79 94 Woodbury and Oakdale are doing significant park planning and renewals. Lake Elmo can/should do much better given growth. Plan parks, fund parks. Establish a Park and Rec department so this gets the focus is needs 12/19/2023 8:29 AM 95 I would like to see more green spaces incorporated into the housing developments being added to LE. I lived in other cities, and unfortunately, Lake Elmo is the least connected community I’ve been a resident of. It’s a true safety hazard and deterrent to physical fitness when the only choice is to drive everywhere. I truly hope changes are made so future generations can experience a com munity connect by safe trails.
