<br />September 12, 2024 <br />Stillwater Elementary <br /> <br /> <br />Memorandum 2 <br />o Revise the last row of the table on sheet L1.000 to remove reference to a credit and instead include <br />the breakdown of common, evergreen, and deciduous inches to be mitigated and the <br />corresponding number of required mitigation trees. <br />o Replace the tree protection detail on sheet L1.000 with the city standard tree protection detail. <br />LANDSCAPE PLAN: 105.12.480 <br />• A landscape plan as submitted does not currently meet code, and needs to be revised as follows and <br />resubmitted prior to approval: <br />o The landscape plan must be revised to include the addition of the appropriate number of <br />mitigation trees required to meet tree preservation code. <br />o Additional trees should include enough evergreens to put the proposed trees into compliance with <br />the code’s tree composition requirements.
