Engineering has no comment. However, the applicant should be directed to consult with <br />the VBWD to determine if a permit is needed for Stormwater Management. The new <br />impervious surface for both the Clubhouse Addition and the Pickleball Court is 6,162 <br />SF, exceeding the VBWD permit threshold of 6,000 SF if both projects are considered <br />together. <br />2.
