PREVIOUS NOISE TESTS OF THE ISCWO SYSTEM <br />SUGGEST THAT THE GENERATED NOISE LEVEL AT THE PROPERTY LINE WILL BE LESS <br />THAN 40 dBA. THE ADDITION OF THE ISCWO SYSTEM NOISE TO THE IDEAL AVENUE <br />NORTH NOISE DOES NOT RESULT IN AN INCREASE GREATER THAN SIX DECIBELS <br />ABOVE THE AMBIENT NOISE AT THE PROPERTY LINE PER THE LAKE ELMO SOUND <br />ORDINANCE. <br />2.BAY WEST WILL ONLY OPERATE (INCLUDING THE GENERATOR, ISCWO SKID, AND <br />HPAC) BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM ON WEEKDAYS.
