I have also reviewed a plat prepared by Sathre- <br />Berquist, Inc., which is titled NORTH STAR 2ND ADDITION (the “Plat”). <br />The Commitment purports to cover the following legal description: <br />Outlots J and L, North Star, Washington County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Abstract Property <br /> <br />(the “Property”). <br /> <br />Based on my review of the Commitment and the Plat, I have the following comments relative to <br />the proposed Plat: <br />1. Plat execution. The Plat must be signed by: <br /> <br />a. The fee owner: Sycamore Investment Partners, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability <br />company. The Plat must be executed with all the formalities of a deed of title. I <br />require a certificate of good standing from the Minnesota Secretary of State and <br />evidence that the fee owner of the Property is authorized to convey the easements <br />dedicated on the Plat and that the person signing is authorized to execute the Plat <br />on the fee owner’s behalf. I require review of these instruments. <br />
