Note that the existing trails closest to the <br />school are ski trails in the winter. Thus, a gate would be needed so the park could seasonally close the <br />trail to prevent impacts from walkers on groomed ski trails. Additionally, fencing and/or native <br />vegetative screening at the property border with park will be needed.
