I have also reviewed a plat prepared by Cornerstone Land Surveying, Inc., <br />which is titled 10TH AND LAKE ELMO SCHOOL ADDITION (the “Plat”). <br />The Title Commitment purports to cover the following legal description: <br />The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 29, Range 21, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, and all that part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, lying <br />Easterly of the West 435.6 feet of the East 2006 feet of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 <br />of said Section, Washington County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Abstract Property <br /> <br />(the “Property”). <br /> <br />Based on my review of the Title Commitment and the Plat, I have the following comments relative <br />to the proposed Plat: <br />1. Plat execution. The Plat must be signed by: <br /> <br />a. The fee owner, Independent School District No. 834, a Minnesota body corporate <br />and politic. <br />
