The information above was uploaded to the project website for reference. At the time this Staff report was submitted there has been engagement from any property owners. Staff recommends reclamation of the existing road without extension of city water. Irish Court North: Preliminary Design Findings • Geotechnical Investigation supports reclamation of the existing roadway if watermain is not extended. o Storm sewer repairs are recommended o Existing and proposed roadway is 32-feet wide (face of curb to face of curb). o Barrier concrete curb and gutter is recommended along the length of the roadway.
