If fees are <br />charged against this escrow it must be replenished to the minimum level of 10% of value. Financial <br />Security shall be in place in an amount to cover remaining work prior to a Building Final Inspection <br />being scheduled. <br />$10,000 or an amount as determind by the Building Official.
