The following information represents our proposal for Outdoor Maintenance Services as derived from the Request <br />for Proposal (RFP). This proposal consists of a list of Services that can be selected during the appropriate season <br />as noted. Billing type would be as noted and does not include sales tax. This can be augmented depending on <br />the needs and desires of the owners and the property manager. <br />Billing TypeADDITIONAL SERVICES Visit Price OK? <br />Spring Cleanup Per Visit $575.00 <br />·Spring Clean-up: Spring clean-up will be completed as soon as weather and ground conditions <br />permit. Clean-up may include the following: blow out landscaped areas. (Pine needles are <br />excluded). Any ornamental grasses or other perennials not previously cut back will be trimmed. <br />All debris will be removed and hauled off site. All organic materials will be composted. <br />Bed Maintenance Per Visit $420.00 <br />·Bed Maintenance: All perennial beds, shrub beds and tree rings will be weeded on a bi- <br />monthly basis (3 times total). Weeding will be done by manually pulling weeds or by spot <br />spraying weeds with herbicide. Volunteer or “sucker” growth on trees are considered weeds and <br />will be removed. Weed growth in concrete or court areas will be removed. Annual flower beds <br />will not be weeded. Perennials will be cut back or deadheaded based on time of season & plant <br />type. <br />Fall Cleanup Per Visit $575.00 <br />·Fall Clean Up: Fall clean-up will commence when conditions are right. Services included are: <br />blowing out landscaped areas. Removing leaves from hard surfaces, sidewalks and curb lines. <br />Cutting back and removal of select perennials as needed or as determined by the client. This <br />may be done multiple times if conditions require. Should Client desire certain perennial plants to <br />not be cut-back to preserve seasonal effect, Client must notify the Contractor not less than 30 <br />days prior to commencement of Fall Clean Up services and help the Contractor understand <br />specific areas and/or plants that will be preserved for seasonal effect. <br />Top Dress Mulch Per Visit $2,595.00 <br />·Mulch Refresher: In April or May apply an application of light herbicide such as Preen and a top <br />coating of up to 2" of premium hardwood mulch to all mulch beds. <br />55113 page 2 of 3 <br />Roseville, MN <br />295 W.
