goals for 2021-2022, the metrics collected for this program’s standards doesn’t necessarily <br />include areas that the city is focused on actively making changes in operations to improvement <br />efficiencies. <br /> <br />The question that comes to mind for a future council discussion is to discuss what metrics this <br />council believes will measure our success or improvement towards achieving the current <br />council’s strategic objectives and goals. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />As an added benefit for participating in the program, the city will receive $0.14 per capita up to <br />$25,000. Our population at the time of the 2020 census was 11,335 so that would equate to <br />$1,586.90. <br /> <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve the resolution authorizing participation in the state performance measures <br />program and submit data for 2024. <br />2. Amend and then approve the resolution authorizing participation in the state performance <br />measure program and submit data for 2024. <br />3.
