Tree Stress Observed <br />Five trees across the property are exhibiting signs of stress. Monitoring over the next growing <br />season is recommended to evaluate their establishment and determine if supplemental care or <br />eventual replacement is needed. <br />4. Seeding, Blanketing, and Shrub Establishment on the North Side of the Fence <br />Seeded and blanketed areas on the north side of the fence, along with newly planted shrubs, <br />are still in the early stages of establishment. Continued monitoring is essential to ensure <br />successful germination, shrub survival, soil stabilization, and effective weed control. Additional <br />care may be required to support full establishment. <br />5. Low Spot and Water Ponding under Fence <br />A localized low spot beneath the fence line is causing water to pond. This area should be <br />monitored for changes in drainage performance.
