The applicant notes on sheet L1 that these are <br />preliminary plans for City review only. While these are sufficient for approval, Construction Plans must be <br />provided to the City Landscape Architect showing plant schedules with the ground covers and tree species <br />proposed on landscape plan sheets L2 and L3 for easy reference, in order to assist with landscape warranty <br />inspections.
