FINDINGS <br />1)There are currently 98 miles of city roadways . The city has added 27 miles of new streets since 2013. <br />2)The average condition rating for today’s streets is 89 (88.6). This represents a street network in very good to <br />excellent condition and has increased from 83 (82.7) in 2023. <br />3)The average PCI rating falls to 74.7 for streets with no curb. <br />4)88.0% of streets are in the “good” or “excellent” category and require only preventative maintenance. This is up <br />from 78.3% in 2023. <br />5)6.5% of streets are in the “fair” category and will require additional maintenance considerations, such as a Mill and <br />Overlay. <br />6)5.5% of streets are in the “poor” and “failing” categories, requiring a Full Depth Reclamation or complete <br />Reconstruction. This is down from 15.5% in 2023. <br />7)The later years of the CIP are based on pavement aging and reflect streets that are currently in good condition.
