Warranty <br />1 Standard 2 year warranty <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Note: The unit requires 1317 cubic feet per hour @ full load <br /> The existing gas meter is rated at 3000 cubic feet per hour. Depending on actual <br /> load demand on the generator the existing gas service should be adequate to supply <br /> the generator and building demand. However if the gas supply falls short of <br />demand, the City would be responsible for the cost of upsizing the gas service. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Kodiak Power Systems - "Lump Sum" proposal <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Total $ 54,900.00 <br /> <br />Terms: Prices are firm for 60 days from quote date. Sales tax (if applicable is additional) Prices quoted are per service event, and based on performing services <br />during regular business hours (7:00am to 4:00pm) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Technicians and other reports wil l be furnished via e-mail. Additional <br />repairs (if any), will be quoted separately and subject to approval. Payment terms are 15 days-Net from receipt of invoice. Kodiak Power Systems is not responsible <br />for: Providing a rental generator used during repairs, building electrical systems, fuel piping or fuel tanks, fuel gas pip ing, gas regulators, gas meters, damage caused <br />by customer abuse, lack of regular maintenance, overloading beyond rated capacity, vandalism , acts of nature, hidden damage discovered after disassembly of <br />components not initially evident or any other unforeseen damage. Includes: The above list of proposed maintenance or repair includes all parts, labor, travel, <br />environmental fees, and shop supplies as quoted.
