Complete 24 policy-focused <br />meetings and 10 technically-based <br />workshops; <br />2. Create a citizen based committee <br />structure utilizing the expertise of <br />the community; <br />3. Complete, error free record keep- <br />ing and technically sound broad- <br />casting of all Planning Commission <br />and City Council meetings
