For the purposes of this analysis, the proposed development traffic was <br />distributed to site accesses based on the proposed site layout, particularly the location and size of <br />development buildings in relation to the proposed site accesses as well as the anticipated site circulation. <br />Scenario 1, 2, 3, & 4 have different trip assignments to the site accesses.
