A Limited <br />Phase II Investigation was conducted to identify groundwater, soil, <br />and vapor impact extents. Soil impacts were delineated , primarily <br />isolated to the area around the south tank, extending 8 -21 feet <br />below ground surface. Perched groundwat er DRO impacts were <br />observed in the vicinity of the south tank ; permanent groundwater, <br />located approximately 20 feet below the soil impacts, was not <br />sampled. The soil vapor sample concentrations did not exceeded <br />the 10X Intrusion Screening Level s. Soil and groundwater <br />contamination was delineated and confined to the property. The <br />leak site was closed in December 2015. <br /> <br /> VII.
