Our preference for this area would be that it remains as <br />open as possible, which would ideally mean maintaining it as agricultural land and the public <br />works building. We would prefer there to be no business or residential development in this <br />space. However, if the only path forward is one of the 4 proposed development plans, we <br />would be in favor of the one that develops this space the least and maintains the open and <br />green spaces that exist today, which would appear to be development scenario 4 (agriculture <br />and rural residential). <br />Please keep us updated if there will be specific meetings/sessions where this land use is <br />discussed. <br />Thank you, <br />Ben and Breanna Pepin <br />8690 Lake Jane Trl N
