I believe <br />that #4 is not practical…to attempt to develop and maintain this location as <br />“rural residential” is unrealistic. In my opinion, it should be zoned for <br />commercial and/or industrial due to proximity to the freeway ramps. Maybe a <br />portion could be successful as high density residential. <br /> Tom Henderson
