Permits and Approvals Required <br />AUAR Guidance: A listing of major approvals (including any comprehensive plan amendments and <br />zoning amendments) and public financial assistance and infrastructure likely to be required by the anticipated types of development projects should be given for each major development scenario. This <br />list will help orient reviewers to the framework that will protect environmental resources.
