<br /> <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Maintenance and Easement Agreement in the City’s standard form <br />of agreement prior to issuance of City permits, as approved by the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The an additional access gate has been added to the Site Plan <br />provided in Appendix B to provide the required stormwater <br />management facility access. <br /> <br />2. “The landscape plans must be revised and approved by the City’s <br />Landscape Architect. The landscape plans must meet all landscaping and <br />screening requirements.” <br /> <br />A revised landscape plan meeting all the landscaping and screening <br />requirements is provided as Appendix E for the City’s Landscape Architect’s <br />review and approval. <br /> <br />3. “The applicant must provide a certificate of survey with the site plan to verify <br />all required setbacks.” <br /> <br />A certified ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey with the proposed improvement <br />s(site plan) is provided as Appendix A. As shown in this certified field survey, <br />the proposed site plan is in conformance with all required setbacks. <br /> <br />We feel we have successfully addressed each of the Recommended Conditions for <br />Approval required prior to advancement of our CUP application to the Lake Elmo City <br />Council for approval.
