Overland <br />emergency overflows or outlets are required to be sown on the plans. <br />The 100‐year high water flood level (HWL) must be shown on the <br />plans for all water bodies (wetlands) and storm water facilities, and <br />the 100‐year high water flood level (HWL) must be fully contained <br />within private property or easements.” <br /> <br />Acknowledged. A Stormwater Management Plan updated with pre <br />and post condition rate control analysis as detailed in the review <br />comment above will be provided prior to issuance of City permits for <br />the project as discussed with Planning Director Molly Just on <br />January 22, 2021 via email. <br /> <br />• “The construction of an infiltration basin is proposed for the site. Soil <br />borings must be provided as part of the Site Plans to demonstrate <br />that the facility will be constructed in soils that are conducive to <br />infiltration practices and the infiltration rate for the design must be <br />based on the soil investigation.” <br /> <br />Acknowledged. Soil borings will be obtained and utilized for <br />infiltration rate design prior to issuance of City permits for the project <br />as discussed with Planning Director Molly Just on January 22, 2021 <br />via email. <br /> <br />• “To the extent adjacent properties are impacted by storm water <br />management discharges, written permission from those properties <br />must be submitted as part of the development application.” <br /> <br />Acknowledged. The Stormwater Management Plan updated per <br />these review comments will identify if any adjacent properties are <br />impacted by storm water management discharges and permission <br />from those properties will be obtained in order to receive City permits, <br />as discussed with Planning Director Molly Just on January 22, 2021 <br />via email. <br /> <br />• “The storm water facilities constructed for this site should remain <br />privately owned and maintained. The applicant will be required to <br />execute and record a Stormwater Maintenance and Easement <br />Agreement in the City’s standard form of agreement. Even as <br />privately owned and maintain facilities, maintenance access roads <br />meeting the City engineering design standards must be provided for <br />access to all storm water facilities.” <br /> <br />Acknowledged.
