<br />Ms. Kristina Handt 3 March 16, 2023 <br />NOISE <br />The proposed auto dealership on Lot 1, Block 2 will not have any outdoor speakers. All service work will be conducted <br />inside the building per city requirements; outside service work is not permitted or proposed. The applicant has committed <br />to complying with the maximum sound levels as allowed by City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />We have reviewed staff comments and are comfortable with the proposed approval conditions for this project as drafted by <br />staff.
