Our <br />redevelopment plan includes a plat to create four lots from the two existing lots. There is an existing 0.12-acre wetland in the southwest corner of the site. The site is <br />guided and zoned Commercial and surrounding properties are zoned Medium Density Residential PUD to the north, <br />Commercial to the east and High Density Residential PUD to the west. Interstate 94 and the City of Woodbury are <br />located to the south. <br />The existing south parcel is 14.2-acres in size and the north parcel is 4.0-acres in size. Hudson Boulevard divides the <br />southern parcel into a 13.27-acre section north of the road and a 0.93-acre section south of the road. The northern <br />parcel does not have any existing street frontage.
