<br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />services provided by the persons or agencies responsible for the establishment of the <br />proposed use. <br />No new public streets, drainage structures, or water and sewer systems will be needed <br />to support the project at any point. The project will not increase population at local schools <br />and no new burdens will be placed on police or fire departmens, though site specific <br />training can be made available to both angencies as requested. Therefore, the proposed <br />Project will be served adequately by existing essential public facilities and services. <br /> <br />viii. The proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services and will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br />The Project will be paid for by private investments from construction through <br />decommissioning, including any needed utility upgrades. The Project will benefit the <br />community through opportunity to reduce individual electricity bills, local spending, and <br />job creation, as discussed above. <br /> <br />ix. The proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials, equipment and <br />conditions of operation that will be detrimental to any persons, property or the general <br />welfare because of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. <br />No excessive traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors will be created by the Project. <br />During construction the Applicant will ensure any traffic or noise created will comply with <br />all local laws, limits set by the permit, and authorities having jurisdiction. Therefore, the <br />Project will not be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare. <br /> <br />x. Vehicular approaches to the property, where present, will not create traffic congestion or <br />interfere with traffic on surrounding public thoroughfares. <br />As discussed above, traffic to and from the site will be minimal. During construction, traffic <br />will consist of delivery trucks and personnel vehicles. It is expected that no more than 4 <br />delivery trucks will arrive on-site per day during construction.
