•RB-2674 TH36 & CSAH 17 Interchange and South Frontage Rd <br />–Critical safety improvement project and funding opportunity for Lake Elmo to get South Frontage Road <br />(east-west) connection between Lake Elmo Avenue and Keats Avenue. Final design and right-of-way <br />acquisition in progress. <br />–Construction scheduled over 2-years in 2026/2027. <br />–City cost share TBD: Est. $3M-$5M. <br />•RB-2808 CSAH 10 & CSAH 17 Intersection <br />–Planning/Design in progress to address intersection controls to replace all-way stop due to increased <br />traffic volumes from new elementary school. Also, looking at potential pedestrian connections and <br />improvements. <br />–Construction planned in 2028. Lake Elmo Elementary School will open in 2026. <br />–City cost share TBD: Est. $600K. <br />•RB-2645 CSAH 13 Phase 4, from CSAH 6 to CSAH 14 <br />–Planning/Design currently in progress. Project driven by development of 180 acres and surrounding <br />area. Project seeks to define turn lane and major intersection improvements to manage increasing traffic <br />volumes. The City is collaborating with the Urban Land Institute Technical Advisory Panel. <br />–Construction planned for 2029. <br />–City cost share TBD: Est. $800K. <br />•RB 2830 CSAH 15, from 43rd Street to 55th Street <br />–County is proposing to expand this segment of Manning Avenue to 4-Lanes. <br />–Construction planned for 2030. <br />–City cost share TBD: Est. $800K.
