•RB 2701 CSAH 19 and CSAH 10 Intersection <br />–County is proposing to replace 4-way stop control intersection with Roundabout/Traffic Signal <br />–Construction planned for 2030. <br />–City cost share TBD: Est. $500K. <br />•RB-2201 Intersection Control Projects <br />–Wahington County/City of Lake Elmo anticipates that a new traffic signal will be needed at the <br />Manning Avenue (CSAH 15) & Hudson Boulevard intersection, to be implemented with the realignment <br />of the Hudson Boulevard with Manning Avenue/2nd Street N. The City is currently working with a <br />developer on the proposed Limerick subdivision that would include these improvements. <br />•Planning and Design Projects <br />–The City has encouraged the County to prioritize corridor planning and preliminary design in strategic <br />areas to identify and inform the transportation improvements and right-of-way acquisition to support <br />anticipated development and redevelopment plans. <br />–RB-2702 2027 Planning/Design: CSAH 14, from LEPR to 39th Street. <br />•Includes the Central Greenway Trail Corridor Crossing Feasibility Study <br />–RB-2819 2028 Planning/Design: CSAH 17, CSAH 14 to CSAH 12. <br />–RB-2801 2030 Planning/Design: CSAH 15, 30th Street to CSAH 14 (4-Lane Expansion).
