12 | Page <br />Minor Funds <br /> <br />The City has a number of “Minor Funds”, which are separate funds that help us manage <br />things like special revenues (lawful gambling revenues), shared expenses, and larger <br />projects and purchases. Those funds are budgeted separately from the General Fund, <br />though some receive revenues from the general fund. <br />Many of those minor funds do not have expenses until they are approved by Council, so we <br />don’t have a formalized budget process for them each year, and they are effectively <br />budgeted at zero for the year. <br />The following minor funds do have regular budgets for 2026, as shown in the attached <br />budget for each fund. <br /> 2025 Budget 2026 Budget <br />407 Fire Equipment & Projects 210,400 121,500 <br />703 City Center Operations 194,138 215,634 <br /> <br /> <br />
