CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-006 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM <br />MARK AND TINA WIENS <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City <br />be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Mark and Tina Wiens had proposed contributing $100.00 to the <br />Lake Elmo Fire Department; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said <br />contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of <br />$100.00 from Mark and Tina Wiens on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo. <br />APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 6th day of January, 2026. <br /> By: __________________________ <br />Charles Cadenhead <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________________ <br />City Clerk
