Planning Commission Meeting Minutes: 5-27-25 <br />Planning Commission findings: approve of the development, but feel it is premature, they want to know the impact of ag <br />preserve/park, sewer future need, more research needed, unknowns for site, want to see engineering analysis, spot zoning <br />feeling, MUSA, lot sizing. <br /> <br />M/S/P: Chars / Dunn moved to recommend tabling the project for future review, Chars then rescinded the motion. <br /> <br />M/S/P: Chars / Dunn moved to recommend the City Council deny the requests from Rachel Development, for Comprehensive <br />Plan amendments with the findings and conditions presented in the staff report.
