The request is to reconfigure the property boundaries to ensure that the former creamery <br />building (building on west side of the site) is fully contained within its own dedicated parcel, so <br />that this parcel may be sold by CHAMA Mission LLC to a different owner (John Pecchia). The <br />East side of the site was previously used as a lumber yard. Buildings on the <br />site are currently used for storage and there is not a proposed change in use at <br />this time.
