submitting a report helps us respond faster <br />and keep our roads safe for everyone. <br />Washington County Sheriff's <br />Newsletter <br />The December/January Washington county_ <br />Sheriff's Office newsletter <br />[https://www.lakeelmo.gov/195/Washington <br />-County- Sheriff s-Office] is now available, <br />featuring seasonal safety tips, community <br />updates, and information on programs and <br />services offered by the Sheriff's Office. <br />Residents are encouraged to take a few <br />minutes to read the newsletter to stay <br />informed and prepared during the winter <br />months. <br />Washington County Guided <br />Bird Hikes Begin Saturday, <br />GUIDES January 10 <br />BIRD Washington County's series of guided bird <br />HIKES hikes throughout county parks will continue <br />• throughout 2026, with the year's first <br />wintertime hike happening 9 a.m. to 10:30 <br />a.m., Saturday, January 10, at Lake Elmo Park <br />Reserve's Nordic Center. <br />The guided bird hike program is free with a <br />Parks vehicle permit ($7/daily or <br />$30/annually) and is open to people of all <br />ages and abilities. ADA accommodations <br />are available upon request. All minors must <br />be accompanied by an adult. You can learn <br />more here. <br />https://washingtoncountymn.gov/2174/Bird <br />-Hikes. <br />Washington Conservation <br />District Annual Tree Sale Now <br />Open <br />The Washington Conservation District's <br />annual tree sale is underway, offering a wide <br />selection of affordable trees and shrubs to <br />help residents enhance their landscapes, <br />improve water quality, and support local <br />wildlife. <br />Tree selection is similar to last year but some <br />species from previous years have been <br />added, as well as more native plant trays <br />and seed mixes.
