Deleted language is shown <br />with a strikethrough. <br /> <br /> <br />Code Section: 5.12.080(d)(2) Container Required; Placement The intent of this amendment is <br />to update a section of code which was missed when the City Council approved Ordinance 2025-13 <br />permitting waste collection to begin at 6 a.m. <br /> <br />Proposed Language: On collection day, except where vat or in-yard service is required, <br />containers shall be placed at the curb, in a location easily accessible for motor vehicle pick-up. <br />Containers must be placed for pick-up before 7:00 a.m. 6:00 a.m. on the day of collection to <br />ensure service. The hauler shall complete pick-ups by 7:00 p.m., unless emergency permission is <br />granted by the city, and all containers must be removed from the curb no later than 8:00 p.m. on <br />collection day.
