Revisions of Conditions of Approval <br />Previous conditions regarding timing of connection to sewer and water have <br />been removed. <br />•Two conditions originally stated that the sewer and water connection must be made ahead of any <br />building permits. <br />• Staff originally added these conditions for transparency about requiring a sewer and water connection. <br />After hearing from the applicant, staff has since removed the conditions to ensure that the applicant <br />can conduct regular maintenance on buildings on the property if needed. <br />•All code requirements are still applicable and are expected to be addressed when redevelopment <br />occurs. <br />•Originally nine (9) conditions of approval, revised to seven (7)
