Recommended Conditions of Approval (Condition #6) <br />Condition #6 – <br />The engineering memo addresses concerns <br />related to utilities to the site and how they <br />will connect to the site to the east. <br />The blanket easement is required at this <br />point because currently there are no <br />connection plans for Engineering to review. <br />The City will want to ensure that when the <br />connection occurs, that the size and location <br />of the easement meets the City’s <br />requirements. <br />Once there are connection plans to review, <br />the applicant may work with engineering to <br />reduce or vacate some of the easement area.
