Recommended Findings <br />Staff is recommending that the City Council consider the following <br />findings regarding the requests: <br />1.That Registered Land Survey No. 132 is consistent with the Lake Elmo Comprehensive <br />Plan and the Future Land Use Map for this area. <br />2.That Registered Land Survey No. 132 is consistent with the standards of the City’s Village <br />Mixed Use zoning district. <br />3.That Registered Land Survey No. 132 meets the requirements of the City’s Registered <br />Land Survey and Minor Subdivision regulations.
