As the <br />project advances, the County will require plan sets detailing grading, utilities, drainage, and any proposed <br />improvements within the right-of-way. <br /> <br />Additionally, the developer or City will be required to submit stormwater drainage calculations demonstrating <br />that post-development runoff volumes and rates to the County system will not exceed existing conditions and <br />that all applicable watershed requirements are met. <br /> <br />Washington County appreciates the City’s coordination on this request and looks forward to continued <br />collaboration as the project moves forward.
