Pay Equity Compliance Testing <br />• Compile data for use in Minnesota Management and Budget <br />reporting system <br />• Prepare and provide to the City of Lake Elmo a complete pay <br />equity report on proposed job pay to ensure pay equity <br />compliance <br />12-16 <br />Weeks <br />F. System Implementation <br />• Draft outline summarizing the best possible approach to <br />coordinating the recommended pay plan with current plans, <br />including timelines for implementation, and communicating it <br />with employees and soliciting comments from project team <br />12-16 <br />Weeks <br />G.
