Gallagher & Co <br />Organizational Effectiveness Assessment <br />Billed on a fixed fee basis based on particulars of the study <br />Includes a review and in-depth assessment of organizational practices, structures, and operational alignment, often across multiple <br />working units, to determine opportunities for organizational design, operational and strategic priorities, modification of mission/vision <br />and/or how the organization delivers on those items, and to identify opportunities that may increase effectiveness and efficiency. <br />Deliverables include a memorandum summarizing our findings, conclusions, and recommendations. <br />Span of Control Assessment <br />Billed on a fixed fee basis based on particulars of the study <br />Includes a review and in-depth assessment of organizational spans and layers, often across multiple working units, to determine <br />opportunities for organizational redesign, modification of degrees of separation to senior leadership, and to identify opportunities <br />that may increase effectiveness and efficiency. Deliverables include a memorandum summarizing our findings, conclusions, and <br />recommendations. <br />Reclassification Review <br />Billed per title <br />Includes a review of job information through analysis of existing or new job description or Position Description Questionnaire, follow- <br />up with HR, supervisor, or employee as appropriate to ensure understanding, and then development of memo recommendation. <br />Deliverables include a memorandum summarizing our findings, conclusions, and recommendations. <br />Job Description Development <br />Billed per title <br />Leveraging an updated Position Description Questionnaire, Gallagher confirms the need of creation of new classification, and <br />confirmation with client, and writing of new classification. <br />Market pricing <br />Billed per title <br />Client provides job information in current or new job description, Position Description Questionnaire, and Gallagher collects market <br />data from published survey ($400) and develops market pricing worksheets and memo on the process. If the client needs market <br />data from the local market (like custom survey), Gallagher will research or conduct individual survey, and collect market data from <br />published survey sources to develop the market pricing worksheet and a detailed memo on the process. <br />Annual Adjustments and Trend Data <br />Billed per scope of request <br />Collection of market salary trend data from published survey sources or local market trend data with development of a memo on <br />process and recommendations associated to any structural adjustments. <br />Executive Compensation Study (Public Sector, Higher Education, Non-Healthcare NPOs) <br />Billed on a fixed fee basis based on particulars of the study <br />Comprehensive review of executive compensation and perquisites to facilitate compensation committee decision-making and <br />confirm reasonability of pay packages. This may include but is not limited to research and analysis of market data, industry data <br />(IPEDs, 990, etc.), and others to review or recommend a going-forward approach for affected executives. This type of study is <br />recommended as an annual study. <br /> <br />
