FIRM can provide the following <br />additional services city-wide if requested by CITY: <br /> <br />Service Cost <br />Employee Interviews <br />• Interview using position questionnaires for <br />incumbent employees addressing the skill, effort, <br />responsibility and working conditions of their <br />position <br />$100/hour <br />New Full Job Descriptions <br />• Draft new full job descriptions for all positions <br />in new format (up to 30) <br />$2,500 for all <br />jobs or <br />$150/description <br />if not all jobs <br />Variable Pay System <br />• Establish supplemental variable pay system, <br />such as performance pay, merit pay, and/or skills <br />or competency pay <br />$2,750 <br />Additional Market Data <br />• Compile, review and analyze organizational or <br />market compensation data other than wages, <br />wage structure, and health insurance <br />contributions. You should complete and submit <br />to Flaherty & Hood such items in the attached <br />Wages and Benefits, and Organizational Survey <br />Items form <br />$750 per <br />category <br />Employee Job Classification Reviews <br />• Draft a process, forms, execution guide, and <br />template responses for reviews by employees of <br />job descriptions and/or job evaluation ratings <br />• Advise city on handling a specific review <br />$1,000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4.1.3.
