<br />Agreement for Compensation Update Services Page 3 of 7 <br />Complete. FIRM can provide the following services after the update is <br />complete if requested by City: <br /> <br />Service Cost <br />System Maintenance and Updating <br />• Conduct job analysis and job evaluation for current <br />or new job classifications through 2 years after <br />Base Services completed (up to 45 job <br />classifications) <br />• Conduct city-wide market survey within 2 to 3 <br />years after Base Services completed <br />$5,500 <br />Individual Job – Full Analysis and Evaluation <br />• Draft, review, and analyze job analysis <br />questionnaires for incumbent employee, if any, and <br />management addressing the skill, effort, <br />responsibility, and working conditions of the <br />position; draft new or updated job description; and <br />establish internal rating after initial job <br />classification rated <br />$750 <br />Individual Job – Job Evaluation <br />• Establish points and provide analysis after initial <br />job classification pointed <br />$350 <br />Individual Job – Market Survey <br />• Compile, review, and analyze market compensation <br />data, including wages, wage structure, and health <br />insurance benefits <br />$800 <br /> <br />4.1.4. Other Services. Items in addition to those above or other labor relations, <br />employment law, and human resources services are available to the CITY <br />and will be billed at the hourly rates of $235 per hour for attorney, $185 per <br />hour for analyst, and $115 per hour for administrative assistant, plus <br />expenses. <br /> <br />4.2. Billing Procedure. CITY shall pay FIRM for the services rendered by FIRM to <br />CITY as follows: <br /> <br />1. For Base Services, Flaherty & Hood, P.A. will bill the CITY for one-third <br />of the base services of the lump sum cost up-front, one-third 8 weeks after <br />start of update based on satisfactory progress, and one-third upon <br />completion of the services. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
