Licenses are subject to approval by the City Council. <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: <br />Should Council approve the requested license renewal? <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City has received a license renewal request from Roxane Fogard/Body & Soul, Inc. <br /> Appropriate fees have been paid and all required paperwork has been submitted. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Renewal fee: $25.00 <br />OPTIONS: <br />1)Approve license renewal <br />2)Deny license renewal <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />If removed from the consent agenda, staff recommends the following motion: <br />“Motion to approve massage therapy license renewal for Roxane Fogard/Body & Soul, Inc.” <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />None
