o Is Council directing staff to utilize Stormwater Funds for the 2026 Street Project?(This <br />decision can be made later this year.) <br />o Is Council requesting a revision to the recommendation to increase the Stormwater <br />Fee by 8% for 2026? <br />o Is Council requesting that Engineering break out the stormwater portion of all street <br />projects moving forward? Based on which portions of those projects? OR <br />o Is Council requesting a regular annual transfer from the Stormwater Fund to the <br />Infrastructure Fund?(This does not currently appear possible until 2030 though it may <br />change after the other fee structure reviews.)
